Managing Director & Quality Manager
A Doctorate in Chemistry from Andhra University, Dr. Viswanadham brings over 14 years of experience in environmental research and laboratory quality systems. His work at CSIR–National Institute of Oceanography (NIO) and UGC-funded postdoctoral projects highlight his scientific leadership. With extensive expertise in NABL-accredited labs and quality management, he ensures operational excellence and continuous improvement at VELC. With specialization in advanced instrumentation (GC-MS, IRMS, HPLC, RT-PCR), he provides scientific direction to all environmental studies, R&D, and method validations. His leadership in national and international marine research projects underpins VELC’s excellence in coastal and pollution studies.
Technical Manager – Biological Division
Dr. Sampath Kumar is a marine biologist with rich research experience from CSIR–NIO and ICAR–CMFRI. His strong academic and scientific background in biological sciences supports the lab’s microbial and ecological testing services. He oversees biological method implementation, compliance, and training.
Technical Manager – Chemical Division
With a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Andhra University, Mr. Venkat brings expertise from environmental and the pharmaceutical sector. He plays a key role in managing onsite environmental field studies and analysis, method validation, and technical coordination in our laboratory.
Senior Chemist
An experienced analytical chemist, Mrs. Srilakshmi holds a postgraduate degree from Andhra University. Her prior work at CSIR–NIO equips her with a solid foundation in instrumentation and method accuracy for diverse chemical parameters.
Junior Microbiologist
Mrs. Aruna is a trained microbiologist with experience in diagnostic and environmental microbiology. With an M.Sc. in Microbiology from Andhra University, she supports testing of food, cosmetic, and water samples for microbial contamination.
Field Executive Officer
Mr. Chandu specializes in field sampling, monitoring, and coordination. With a B.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry and field experience across environmental and pharmaceutical labs, he ensures reliable and compliant sample collection.
Field Operations
With experience in environmental and diagnostic laboratories, Mr. Ramesh holds a degree in Chemistry from Andhra University. He manages field logistics, documentation, and on-site quality assurance.
Biotechnologist
Ms. Akhila holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Biotechnology and brings substantial experience in molecular and environmental biology. Her deep knowledge of microbial techniques, sample processing, and biosafety protocols strengthens our biological analysis and supports advanced research initiatives.
